The government intends to solicit quotations directly from at least three manufacturers/suppliers and will not post a formal solicitation on SAM.gov. The targeted contract award date is September 25, 2026. Before direct solicitation, the contracting officer will evaluate potential sources for responsibility, requiring small-business status, satisfactory past performance, and—as stated—a primary industry in the manufacture or sale of total aircraft wash systems.
