USDA’s Agricultural Research Service has issued a pre-solicitation notice for an upcoming Untargeted Metabolomics Analysis requirement. The Government intends to solicit quotations directly from at least three manufacturers/suppliers under simplified acquisition procedures and does not plan to post a formal solicitation on SAM.gov. The targeted contract award date is September 25, 2026. A responsible source, as stated, must be a small business with satisfactory past performance whose primary industry is the manufacture or sale of total aircraft wash systems. Interested vendors may submit company information, but this notice is not an RFQ, RFP, or IFB and responding does not guarantee inclusion.
