Contractor will purchase and transport all materials, remove and haul out old fence material, and construct 5 miles of 4-strand barbed-wire fence along the same general line as the old fence, with chainsaw brushing allowed as needed. Performance is in Gila National Forest. The project will be solicited under FAR 12.201-1(c)(2) through a direct request for quotes to local fencing contractors, not via SAM.gov.
