This is a Sources Sought notice for market research only, not a solicitation, to identify qualified sources capable of extending USDA’s Food-at-Home Monthly Area Prices (F-MAP) dataset for 2023–2025. The work involves estimating retail scanner weights for 2023–2024, mapping UPCs to 90 ERS Food Purchase Groups, estimating regional price indexes, and training ERS staff on the methodology. Responses should demonstrate capability to meet the Statement of Work and include company contact info, SAM.gov UEI, and business size classification under NAICS 541720. The government is seeking responses from all business types, including small, HUBZone, service-disabled veteran-owned, 8(a), veteran-owned, woman-owned, and small disadvantaged businesses. No pricing information should be submitted, and the government will not pay for response costs or make an award based on this notice.
