The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) intends to issue a BPA Call for Scholarly Communication Support Services, seeking a Scholarly Communication Librarian to provide expert advice and operational support in areas like scholarly publishing, research integrity, and open access. The scope of work includes managing the NAL Trusted Journal List program, managing journal selection for AGRICOLA, developing research integrity training, and reporting on USDA research outputs. This solicitation is a pre-solicitation notice prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. The RFQ will be issued only to existing BPA holders under specific, previously awarded agreements. Award will be made to the vendor that provides the best value to the Government.
