Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a Sources Sought Notice to identify U.S. domestic manufacturers or distributors capable of supplying specific expanded polystyrene seedling-growing containers for U.S. Forest Service nurseries. The Government is seeking information to determine if a Made in America waiver is necessary, as the containers must be precisely compatible with existing nursery extraction equipment. Required products include EPS blocks in specific dimensions and cavity configurations, as well as compatible cone-tainers and trays.
