The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Veterinary Services (VS) has a requirement for occupational prescription safety eyewear and pertinent accessories in support of worker health and safety at the National Centers for Animal Health, Ames, Iowa. The Contractor's unit price must include all costs associated with furnishing and delivering all materials and for performing all work required under the contract in a complete and acceptable manner. The government intends to award a single Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with firm-fixed-price type delivery orders for this requirement. After release, one may download a copy of the solicitation at www.sam.gov. It is the Contractor's responsibility to check this website periodically for amendments. Quotes must be submitted to the contracting activity by the date and time indicated in the request for quote.
