Carson NF Copy Machine Servicing
This is a Sources Sought notice for market research to gauge interest and capabilities for a future Firm Fixed-Price contract to service eight government-owned copy machines across multiple locations in New Mexico. The anticipated contract would be for a base year plus two option years, requiring bi-annual servicing of the machines. The specific machines are located at the Carson National Forest Supervisor Office and six district offices in Canjilon, El Rito, Bloomfield, Tres Piedras, Questa, and Penasco. The servicing includes deep cleaning, component inspection, calibration, firmware updates, diagnostics, and part replacement. Responses are sought from the Small Business Community to inform the government's procurement strategy.
