The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), National Veterinary Services Laboratories (NVSL) has a requirement for a Gel Imaging Documentation System. The Contractor's unit price must include all costs associated with furnishing and delivering all materials and for performing all work required under the contract in a complete and acceptable manner. The government intends to award a firm-fixed-price (FFP) commercial supplies purchase order for this requirement. This is a brand-name requirement, please see the attached brand-name justification. After release, one may download a copy of the solicitation at www.sam.gov. It is the Contractor's responsibility to check this website periodically for amendments. Quotes must be submitted to the contracting activity by the date and time indicated in the request for quote.
