The Cimarron District Office Roof Recoating Project's work consists of cleaning the existing roof with a power washer and spraying on a new coating for the metal roof. This coating will be sprayed over the existing coating. Work for this project requires the contractor to be responsible for supplying all labor, materials, equipment, utilities, miscellaneous items, freight and delivery ,and all necessary valid licenses and permits. Please read the Pre-solicitation Notice and view the photos of the roof and building in the Attachments/Links section. Information regarding the site visit can also be found on the attached Pre-solicitation notice. The work is anticipated to be completed within one week of the start date. An estimated Period of Performance can be found on the notice.
