COLUMBINE OFFICE PAINTING: SEE THE PRESOLICITATION NOTICE IN THE ATTACHMENTS/LINKS AND READ ENTIRELY The work in this contract consists of the general construction of providing all the materials, labor, and equipment necessary to conduct surface repair, preparation, priming, and painting/staining of all previously painted or stained exterior surfaces. The buildings to be painted are Columbine Ranger District Office, Bayfield Office #2, Bayfield Office #3, Bayfield Warehouse/Garage, Bayfield Modular Office, Bayfield Fire Cache/Tack Storage. All existing paint shall be removed by corn-cob grit blasting or approved equivalent and shutters, doors, trim, decks, fencing, and wood railings shall be stained using a minimum of two coats of Sherwin Williams SuperDeck Log Home & Deck Stain. In addition, the project includes replacement of two 4x4 wood columns and deck planks at the Columbine Ranger District Office and the replacement of replacing eight stair treads at the Bayfield Modular Office.
