The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain an indication of interest from both the large and small business community and obtain voluntary limited capability information of those interested sources. A determination by the Government on the method of competing this requirement has not been made. Based upon information currently available, the Government anticipates fulfilling this requirement with a complete open market. The United States Department of Agriculture – FPAC – BC- Western Region, is conducting market research to determine the existence of interested LARGE AND SMALL business sources capable of providing furnish the necessary personnel, material, equipment, services and facilities, except as otherwise specified, to perform national resources inventory grazing land on-site data collection in Southern California.
