This is a notice of intent to sole source to the Sam Rayburn Water Supply utility's authorized representative, Shawn Yarbrough, for a 1.2 mile waterline extending from the Sam Rayburn Water Supply utility to provide water to the National Forests and Grasslands in Texas' Angelina Work Center located at 111 Walnut Ridge Road in Zavalla, Texas. The Sam Rayburn Water Supply utility retains excusive rights to install water lines extending from their existing distribution system. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the USDA Forest Service.
