Minimum Specifications for Land Surveying Equipment 1. Survey-Grade GNSS RTK Base and Rover Receiver package, capable of at least 8mm Horizontal Precision. 2. Dual RTK Engine, capable of generating an independent measurement (without the need for multiple observations) achieving a 2 sigma / 95% confidence solution. 3. Compatible with Carlson SurvPC and Carlson Survey software. 4. Robotic Total Station capable of taking an observation at a range of up to 3500 m w/ a minimum of 3 mm + 1.5 ppm accuracy. 5. Data Collector compatible with both Robotic Total Station and GPS unit. 6. Integrated GPS system and Robotic Total Station. 7. CAD Software compatible with the Robotic Total Station and GPS System. 8. Compatible with existing Chattahoochee-Oconee NF GPS Radio and batteries.
