The work to performed under this contract consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, supplies, labor and transportation as required by the Scope of Work. All work materials and services not expressly called out for in the Scope of Work but are necessary for completion of the contract requirements shall be performed and furnished by the Contractor at no additional cost to the government. The contractor shall provide lawn cutting and snow removal services at the Westhampton Facilities located at 4 Stewart Ave., Westhampton Beach, NY 11978. No work shall be conducted on Saturday, Sunday, or Federal Holidays, without the Contracting Officers authorization. All vendors will be current and registered in SAM.Gov EVALUATION CRITERIA: No more than 50 pages in proposal. Contracts currently or previously worked to show experience. Minimum 3. Quality control plan Technical ability to be able to meet contract specifications. Price Site visit is possible to be scheduled, if needed No late quotes accepted.
