The Forest Service intends to negotiate on a single source basis with/award a noncompetitive contract in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) to M Powered Strategy for North Zone and Klamath Basin Supervisor Facilitation Services. Any other interested party may submit a capability statement by the closing date of this announcement, which is 7/01/2024, which shall be considered by the agency for the purposes of determining whether to hold a competition or proceed with a noncompetitive action. Please see the Single Course Justification, and SOW for additional information as to the decision to award as a Single Source.
