This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05(effective date 05- 22-2024). This procurement is set aside for 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The NAICS code is 541620 and the Product Service Code of R408. Contractors must be registered with the US FEDERAL GOVERNMENT SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM.gov) at the time of solicitation due date to be considered for a government contract. Offers are due no later than August 16, 2024, at 5:00 PM MDT. Final award will be based on the lowest-price-technically acceptable evaluation process.
