The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agricultural Research Service (ARS) has a requirement for installation of a Government furnished 200kw generator with automatic transfer switch on a constructed concrete pad at the USDA Western Regional Plan Introduction Station in Pomeroy, WA. Construction under the contract will include construction of a concrete pad to support the Government provided generator and installation of a government furnished automatic transfer switch IAW with the Statement of Work. The solicitation will be issued on or about January 29, 2024, with a site visit scheduled soon thereafter. Quotes are expected to be due approximately 21 days afterward. The contract should be completed 30 days after notice to proceed is issued. The magnitude of construction is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. This is anticipated to be a total small business set-aside. The solicitation will be posted under Contract Opportunities on SAM.gov. All contractors MUST be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) in order to receive a contract award. In addition, all contractors must be small businesses that meet the Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard of $19.0M under NAICS code 238210 Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors.
