TYPE OF CONTRACT The recommended contractor will be able to perform the cleaning service, provide Bio-based cleaning supplies, and any equipment which will be furnished by the business. Trash liners, paper supplies and toiletries will be provided by the customer. (MSDS sheets will be required for cleaning chemicals). REQUIREMENTS The NWRC seeks a Contractor to purchase the required materials as stated above, and perform the cleaning requirements as listed below: Strip and refinish floors once per year. Windows inside and outside, and bunkhouse (3 bed/2ba + kitchen and living space) cleaning once per year.
