THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION, THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY This Sources Sought is for the purpose of identifying firms that can meet the following United States Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service (ARS) Requirements. The SEA research center has a requirement for DNA sequencing services under NAICS 541380, Testing Laboratories and Services. The objective is for the lab to analyze Government provided samples and provide sequencing raw data (primers and tag cleaned) as well as quality assurance and control parameters for the sequencing as necessary. Specific tasks and deliverables may include to prepare libraries and sequence DNA libraries for shallow shotgun metagenomic sequencing following a previously established paradigm.
