This announcement seeks information from industry, which will be used for preliminary planning purposes. No proposals are being requested or accepted with this synopsis. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. The purpose of this sources sought is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities, and qualifications of various members of industry. The NAICS code for this project is 561110 – Office Administrative Services. The small business size standard is $12.5M. SYNOPSIS: The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Farm Production and Conservation Business Center on behalf of USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) New York State Offices clerical support services. The USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) requires administrative support services at various NRCS Field Office(s) throughout the state of New York. NRCS-NY will require General Clerk Services to be provided by a contractor for a number of offices to be determined annually. NRCS NY has 47 offices across NYS but will not require a contractor for every office. The contractor must exhibit the ability to provide geographic flexibility in the provision of services allowing for growth or reduction of the workforce at the various locations.
