The USDA/ARS intends to award a Firm fixed price sole source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C 253(c)(1) and FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), only one responsible source, to: Metrohm USA, Inc. , 9250 Camden Field Parkway, Riverview, FL 33578. Description of Requirement: Purchase of Rancimat 892 per the attached Specification Document/Statement of Work. The NAICS code for this requirement is 334516. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. All information received by 2:00 PM Central Time on August 31, 2023 will be considered by the Government. Responses shall be submitted to Sandra Daniels, sandra.daniels@usda.gov.
