If not bidding, please send a reply email stating “NO BID” FY 23 Road Maintenance Contract – Tombigbee NF Project Title FY 23 Tombigbee Road Maintenance Objective The Tombigbee Ranger District is seeking contract action for the FY23 Road Maintenance program. The spreadsheet attached includes a list of roads with possible maintenance items that could be asked for at any time during this task order. The Service Items include Surface blading specified roads Surface blading with foreslope ditching specified roads Spot surfacing specified roads with pit run aggregate and/or crushed aggregate as specified in task order Cleaning specified culverts Mowing specified roads Ditching Clearing hazard trees Cleaning the decks on bridges The district makes no guarantee that all maintenance items listed for every road will be asked for. Also, contract modicfications to adjust line item quantities to suit road maitenance needs could be negotiated. The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, transportation, permits, licenses, supervision, expertise, and other incidentals necessary to successfully complete road maintenance services. A map of the forest is included in this contract and copies can also be picked up at the Bienville Ranger District Office. All roads for this project are in Winston, Choctaw, Oktibbeha, Chickasaw, and Pontotoc, MS.
