Questions must be submitted in writing via email to stephen.tees@usda.gov and are due by 19 July 2023 at 10:00 AM EST, telephonic inquiries will not be answered. This is a brand name requirement, please see the attached brand name justification. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 13 procedures and the Buy American Act applies to this procurement. Delivery is 30 days after receipt of award. Award will be made on the basis of best value with price and other factors considered.
