The National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS), the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) in Washington, DC, has a requirement for: Hotel Accommodations and Meeting Room Space for the 2023 USDA/NASS Leadership Forum Period of Performance: July 30, 2023 – August 4, 2023 Please prepare a 'Quote' and ensure that it meets all the criteria provided in the Statement of Work. All offerors must have an active ueiSAM Registration. Please include the Business Name, ueiSAM, CAGE code, and 508 Compliance. Also ensure that the quote includes all shipping (F.O. B. Destination, within consignee's premise) and any other applicable charges to: USDA/National Agricultural Research Service 1400 Independence Avenue SW Washington, DC 20250 The quote should include a firm fixed price (FFP) format for the requirement. The United States Department of Agriculture, (USDA) will select the best value by conducting a tradeoff among all the evaluation factors. All factors, other than price, when combined are more important than price. The Government intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price task order to the Vendor whose quotation conforms to the solicitation’s requirements based on the evaluation criteria, described below, to be the best value for the Government. The vendor quotes will be evaluated based on the following evaluation criteria: Overall Proposal demonstrates a clear approach in achieving the objectives and requirements specified. Maximium Points: 30 points Hotel Venue and Accommodations Venue must be located within walking distance of the Cardinals Hall of Farm and Museum, Cardinals Nation at Ballpark Village, Gateway Arch, and evening attractions. Maximum Points: 15 points Attrition is not required for hotel room block. Maximum Points: 10 points Meeting Space Clear description of meeting space layout. Maximum Points: 15 points AV Service and Equipment Clear description of how presentations will be projected in the meeting room. Maximum Points: 15 points Refreshments The content of the refreshments is appropriate for the event.
