The purpose of this solicitation is to secure construction services for the replacement of an evaporation pond liner via the Region 6 Facilities Maintenance BPA Suite (eligible BPA holders list attached). Work under this project includes the replacement of an existing aircraft washdown water evaporation pond liner. The contractor will be required to remove and salvage the existing temporary pond liner, remove and dispose the existing original pond liner, regrade and compact the bottom of the evaporation pond, install an underliner vent system, and install a new pond liner. This project is located at the La Grande Air Tanker Base at 60348 Waas Rd, La Grande, OR IAW FAR Part 36.204, the Order of Magnitude for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000.
