The United States Department of Agriculture, Office of Chief Financial Officer has a requirement for a venue that can hold training sessions to host 500 – 550 plus participants from July 17 - 20, 2023 in Washington DC. A Plenary Session Room that can hold 500 plus is needed with classroom style seating, 3 additional rooms are needed with a maximal capacity of 180 to hold concurrent Breakout Sessions with classroom style seating as well. The solicitation is issued as Full and Open. Quotes shall be emailed to emil.abraham@usda.gov.
