The BHNF intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Call for services to furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government furnished) and incidentals to perform all work necessary to select trees (if required) and to pick, bag, label, and deliver cones to the delivery point. Delivery points will be determined by the Forest Service approximately two weeks prior to cone collection.
