This is a Sources Sought to gain additional information of qualifed contractors. Refer to the attachment and complete and submit via email to Darrin.jackson@usda.gov with any additional information (capability statement, etc.). Purpose: The purpose and intent of this is for market research to provide the Forest Service (FS) for Region 1 information of qualified Contractors to provide elevator inspection and maintenance services. Description of Requirement: The USFS Northern Region (Region 1) spans 25 million acres of public land distributed across five states. Region 1 encompasses 12 National Forests and 4 National Grasslands. Strategically spread across the region are a variety of facilities required to meet USDA and USFS performance objectives. Many of these facilities contain elevators and wheelchair platform lifts. The goal of this project is to incorporate Region 1 as a delivery/task order for one base year and two option years in order to provide maintenance needs for the elevators and platform lifts throughout Region 1.
