Brief Summary: The contractor is required to provide all labor, transportation, equipment, tools, operating supplies, and incidentals necessary to officially operate and collect water samples for three drinking water systems for a 12?month period. Contractor shall be a certified Small Water (SW) level operator in the state of New Mexico to perform services described in this contract. Current certification information must be sent in with your offer. A Schedule of Items, Bid Schedule for each year, and the certification constitutes a complete offer from a vendor.
