The Government seeks to improve the effective drainage of Dodge Summit and Poverty Creek roads, USFS Road(s) 470 and 7211. The contractor will be required to furning labor, equipement (fully operated), supervision, transportation, operating supplies and incidentals to complete this project in accourance with the Plans, Drawing, Specifications, and Special Project Provisions of the contract. The contractor will be required to have a mapping system, like Avenza Maps, on their smart phone, tablet or GPS device that can read the PDF maps provided in the contract in order to display and locate the contract items.
