THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE - THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT'S INTENT TO ISSUE A FOLLOW-ON ORDER TO MODOC STORIES TO PROVIDE additional episodes in the “Feral Swine in America” series and the media collected for the production of these episodes. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) intends to award a follow-on order to Modoc Stories under the statutory authority implemented by FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(C). Please see attached justification for more details. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. Vendors may submit their objection to this notice and demonstrate their capability to perform the work by responding to this requirement, no later than 5:00 pm CT, April 9, 2023, by email to katie.maloney@usda.gov. All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the items required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. The Government reserves the right to cancel the follow-on order. Modoc Stories is considered a small business per the primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 512110, Motion Picture and Video Production.
