The US Forest Service has a need for fire and security alarm systems 24 hr. a day / seven (7) days a week monitoring and routine periodic maintenance services at the National Technology and Development Program (NTDP) facility located at 444 E. Bonita Ave. San Dimas CA 91773. The urgent need for the 24 hr. a day seven (7) days a week monitoring, and maintenance is for the safety and security of the Government employees and the protection of Government property. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.
