C.1 Oklahoma NRCS has the need for a construction jobsite trailer for watershed dam construction sites. Our watershed construction crews are on-site at these jobs for 12 hours per day during a 6–12-month period. A mobile office is required to allow them a climate-controlled workspace for these time periods. C.2 Requirements/Deliverables C.2.1 The scope of this requirement will include the purchase and delivery of the jobsite trailer. The project goal includes providing quality products that are durable, easily maintained, and functional. C.2.2 Only NEW will be accepted. If a vendor quotes a refurbished item their quote will not be accepted. To be determine an acceptable equal, minimum specifications are: • Length: 16-20’ • Towable by truck – ball hitch hookup with single or double axle/wheels • Fully enclosed trailer with window and at least 1 side entry door. • Needs to have a heater • Needs to have cooling (A/C) • Needs to have a simple workstation – table top • At least 2 electrical outlets needed in the trailer. • Needs to have a corded hookup that can be plugged into a generator or other power source. Cord and plug size need to be sized adequately to run A/C and heat in unit. C.2.3 The trailer purchased will need to be delivered to the POC and address below.
