The Black Range Ranger District requires a thorough cleaning for 5 houses at the Beaverhead Work Center located on the Black Range District of the Gila National Forest. Existing housing at this work center underwent inspection and were found to have extensive issues with uncleanliness. Units have a lot of dirtiness and buildup of grime as well as presence of rat droppings. Work shall include total deep cleaning of all 5 houses. Cleaning shall include sweeping and mopping of all hard floor surfaces. Carpeted surfaces shall be vacuumed and shampooed. Care shall be taken to ensure all grime, filth and animal waste is cleaned for entire floor surface of house including closets, behind toilets such as toilets and under furniture. In addition, contractor shall disinfect and completely clean all countertops, cupboards, toilets, showers, sinks and other surface areas. Areas shall also be left free of any grim, filth or animal waste. Appliances such as refrigerators, microwaves and stoves shall also be thoroughly cleaned. Finished cleaning shall be houses free of all grime and filth with clean surface and absent of all animal waste. (see attache documents)
