Sources Sought Notification – Promotional Advertising Items in Support of the Census of Agriculture This is a Sources Sought announcement issued by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), National Agricultural Statistic Service (NASS), Public Affairs Office (PAO) is for informational and planning purposes only. This is NOT a solicitation, nor is it an announcement for a forthcoming solicitation. Submission of any information in response to this notification is purely voluntary. The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred in providing a response. The NASS/PAO has a requirement for Promotional Advertising Items in Support of the Census of Agriculture, in accordance with the attached Salient Characteristics. Our mission is to provide timely, accurate and useful statistics in service to U.S. agriculture, in particular to help raise awareness and participation in the Census of Agriculture, a federally mandated program. NASS actively conducts list building and respondent awareness activities across the country, and gives these small items to our farmers, ranchers, and stakeholders in our outreach to raise awareness, encourage enrollment in and thank them for participation in the census of agriculture and other mission critical surveys. Responses to this notification will help to determine the acquisition strategy for any future solicitation. Submission Instructions: Interested vendors are invited to submit a response to this sources sought notification to the attention of David Tibbs at david.tibbs@usda.gov. All questions must be submitted in writing to David Tibbs at david.tibbs@usda.gov. Responses should be no more than 10 pages in length and include the following information: Organization Name; Contact Name, e-mail address and phone number; Organization Unique Entity Identifier (EUI); Contract vehicles you participate in such as General Services Administration (GSA), National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Solutions for Enterprise Wide Procurement (SEWP), or any other vehicle; Business size status for the applicable NAICS code; Capabilities Statement/Catalog/Price Lists/Product Information (please no references to websites). Interested vendors are instructed to provide only the data requested. No proprietary classified confidential or sensitive information should be included in your response. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
