This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is for the selected contractor to provide (A) The solicitation number is 1064208 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (B) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2021-05. SITE VISIT - Two day site visit has been scheduled for Thursday 4/21/2022 at 10:00am Maricopa AZ time. For the site visit, we ask the following: The names of any visitors, and whether or not they are US citizens (if not, they should bring a passport). All visitors must wear a mask at all times indoors, or outdoors when within 6 ft of any other person. All individuals interested in attending the site visit should pre-register by emailing harry.gardner@usda.gov no later than 9:00 am Maricopa AZ time Tuesday 4/19/2022, with a list of names of attendees. This is necessary to ensure that the site is prepared for the number of visitors expected. Participants will meet at: PWA U.S. ARID LAND AGRICULTURAL RES., 21881 NORTH CARDON LANE, MARICOPA AZ 85138. All questions pertaining to this solicitation, including questions that arise during the site visit, must be submitted to jennifer.olson2@usda.gov by 1200pm PST Friday 04/22/2022. Questions that are not submitted in writing or that are not submitted by this deadline above may not recieve response. Questions/answers discussed at the site visit will not be binding on the resultant contract unless submitted in writing and incorporated into the solicitation by amendment.
