The United States Department of Agriculture, Foreign Agriculture Service, Global Programs, Trade Missions and Shows Division (USDA/FAS/GP/TMS) (henceforth, ‘TMS’) coordinates the implementation of Virtual Trade Events (VTEs), liaising closely with internal and external stakeholders to enable U.S. agricultural producers/exporters to access or expand their presence in international markets. VTEs comprise a critical USDA program for the promotion of U.S. exports in the field of agriculture, encouraging U.S. economic development and job-creation and support in rural areas. Each FAS VTE promotes networking opportunities between U.S. exporters (henceforth, ‘exhibitors’) and foreign importers (henceforth, ‘buyers’) at virtual trade booths within the virtual platform. VTEs approximate the features of in-person USDA-endorsed trade shows, including, but not limited to, virtual exhibitor booths (including uploaded exhibitor materials such as product videos, brochures, etc.) and multi-person video conferencing capabilities to facilitate real-time exchanges between U.S. exhibitors and foreign buyers. Please see the attached Statement of Objectives. If you are interested in this requirement, please submit a Performance Work Statement and firm-fixed pricing, along with narratives of up to two past projects of a similar scope to the Statement of Objectives. The period of performance will be for 12 months, beginning 09/30/2022-09/29/2023.
