The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) requires the CourseAvenue course creation and software as a service to provide a 508 compliant enterprise course creation SaaS solution for various USDA Agencies hosted on the AgLearn LMS Platform. There will be no written solicitation issued. This is an intent to purchase a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 13.501(a), “Sole source (including brand name) acquisitions.” This will be a Firm-Fixed Price Contract utilizing a Small Business by employing simplified procedures for certain commercial items under FAR 13.5.
