The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials to remove materials, demolish and/or salvage all materials. The work will include the following: All materials and items in the crawl space shall be removed from the crawl space and placed under the carports approximately 600 feet east of the office building near the work center building. Items to remain in the crawl space will be the condensate sump, dehumidifier, and the stand the dehumidifier is on. Wood walls and partitions shall be removed from the crawl space and disposed of off government property. Sump discharge piping shall be relocated and attached to the permanent structure. After the removal of materials and items is completed the crawl spaces shall be cleaned and disinfected.
