The objective of this Statement of Work (SOW) is to obtain a professional services contract with a qualified Vendor for the provision of human diagnostic radiology services to support the NCAH in meeting its health, safety, wellness, operational, and regulatory needs. The Vendor shall provide human diagnostic radiology services to a facility employing approximately 800 workers, as well as provide medical leadership, direction, guidance, and support to the Occupational Health Unit (OHU) at the NCAH based in Ames, Iowa. Due to the specialized work performed at the NCAH, certain USDA workers will need to complete chest radiography as part of a medical surveillance or hazard exposure examination. The Vendor shall have the ability to independently perform and review the results of the aforementioned element, including posterior and posterior plus lateral radiographic views.
