The USDA/Agricultural Research Service (ARS) is conducting market research to support the USDA/ARS/SEA, Plant Science Research Unit, Raleigh, NC location. Seeking contractor to provide: Requiring 10 lanes of Illumina NovaSeq 6000 SP 100 SE sequencing service to be performed including pre-sequencing library quality control (Tapestation) for location’s NGS libraries sequence data for genomic libraries of wheat. Must utilize the NovaSeq 6000 platform. Period of performance: 09/08/2021-09/07/2022 Responses should include: Organization Name, address, contact phone number, e-mail address, and web site address.
