A 12-month standard service plan for (1) Biomark HD System Serial Number 90485 including proprietary configuration and quality certification, extended coverage to include 1 on-site preventative maintenance per year, tier 2 on-site response, priority phone and email technical support, and software Updates. A 12-month service plan for (2) IFC Controller HX serial number 10553 and serial number 10854 with extended coverage including repair center depot service and loaner program, parts and labor, and phone and email technical support.
