The USDA/Agricultural Research Service (ARS) is conducting market research to support the USDA/ARS/SEA, Genomics and Bioinformatics Research Unit (GBRU), Stoneville, MS location. Seeking contractor to provide: One 12-month Premium Plus service agreement renewal for MLStar liquid handling robot serial#1386 including configuration of (1) STAR, (8) 1mL Channels, (1) 96 CO-RE Head, (1) iSWAP, and (1) Autoload. Service Agreement should also include: Priority dispatch for contract customers A target response time of 24 hours for a down instrument A guaranteed response time of 48 hours for a down instrument A guaranteed call back time of 4 hours Parts, travel, and labor costs Tax not included 2 Preventative Maintenance service calls per year.
