Amendment 0001, Sept 14, 2021 - The purpose of this amendment is to include evaluation criteria that was mistakenly omitted, Update Attachment 01 - Statement of Work, Add Attachment 02A - Additional Site Photos and extend the responses due date to September 23, 2021. The document titled "RFQ Clause Pack FVER Roden Control (Final)" has been replaced with the document "RFQ Clause Pack FVER Rodent Control (Updated 14 Sep 21)". The document titled "Attachment 01 - Statement of Work" has been replaced with "Attachment 01 - Statement of Work (updated 14 Sep 21)". The document titled "Attachment 02A - Additional Site Photos" has been added to this requirements package. As a result of these changes, the responses due date has been changed from Septmeber 17, 2021 at 2:00pm PDT to Septemeber 23, 2021 at 5:00pm PDT. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, FAR Part 13 and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This project is for rodent trapping, waste removal, cleaning and entry mitigation of three buildings at the Fort Valley Experimental Forest Headquarters in Flagstaff, AZ. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and other incidentals necessary to complete the project or any portion of it and carrying out all duties and obligations imposed by the contract on the Contractor. Work is to be performed in accordance with Attachment 01 - Statement of Work (updated 14 Sep 21). Quotes shall be sent directly to the Contracting Officer, Ricky McLellan via the contact information listed in this announcement.
