It is for information, planning and market research purposes only and shall not be construed as either a solicitation or obligation on the part of the USDA Forest Service. The purpose of this notice is to help the USDA FS understand the industry best practices and technical specifications capable of meeting the government’s need. USDA FS will use this market research information to assess the market's capability to successfully meet the acquisition of recreational janitorial services on the Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forests, GA. The service requirements identified in this Statement of Work are critical to the performance of the U.S. Forest Service’s mission while also providing for the safety and welfare of public. The Offeror’s capability statement shall include work experience of a similar nature, scope, complexity, and difficulty to that which will be performed under the prospective contract contemplated in accordance with the Special Notice.
