COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the procedures contained in FAR Part 12.6, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is for the selected contractor to provide Luminex 200 System with xPONENT 4.3 Software deliverd to 3003 ADBF, Pullman, WA 99164. (A) The solicitation number is1034586 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (B) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2021-05. (C) This solicitation is issued as UNRESTRICTED. (D) Description/Statement of Work/Specification: This is a brand name requirement: The LX200 is a flexible, flowcytometry based, analysis system for assays based on xMAP magnetic and nonmagnetic beads. The instrument may distinguish a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 100 unique, preset bead spectral addresses within a single sample. The reader is driven by the xPONENT 4.3 acquisition software which provides a simple and flexible interface for unit’s maintenance and operation. Included Equipment • LX200 Analyzer • XYPTM Plate Handler and accessories • SDTM Sheath delivery system • PC with xPONENT 4.3 and Windows 10. • Flat Screen Monitor with Stand. • Dimensions (inc. The convenient calibration kit contains xMAP® calibrators for the LX200 classification and reporter channels. A lot specific CD is included for importing target values. The kit is intended to be used with the AMP Plate. Strip wells are included with each kit. Each kit provides 25 calibrations. • LX200® Performance Verification Kit (Replacement reference LX2R-PVER-K25) - Microspheres to verify optics, fluidics, classification channels and reporter channel. A market survey is being conducted to determine if there are adequate Small Business, SBA-certified HUBZone, SBA-certified 8(a), Women-Owned, or Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) contractors available for a proposed project who meet the specific criteria outlined below. This is not a solicitation Announcement or Request for Proposal. It does not constitute any commitment by the Government. No award will result from this notice. The purpose is to conduct market research to gain knowledge of potentially qualified sources. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice will be used by the Government to make an appropriate acquisition decision.
