Install a prefabricated outdoor seedling cooler with non-skid floor constructed in accordance with N.S.F. International, Standard No. 7. All refrigeration units installed and connected to electrical according to code and installed by licensed electrician, plumbing and refrigeration contractors. Seedling cooler size will be 18’ x 24’ with door size a minimum of 34” x 76” hinged. Exterior will be a minimum of 0.040 stucco aluminum with a weather cap on the roof. Insulation will be a minimum 4” to 5” thick rigid. Digital thermometer. Led interior light. All joints will be sealed to manufacturers specifications.
