This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, FAR Subpart 13 and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation is issued as an, Request for Quotation (RFQ) (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-04. (iv) This procurement is set aside for total small business The NAICS code is 541620 and the Small Business Size Standard is $16.5 million dollars. The Alabama National Forest is soliciting for the Bankhead Archeologist Surveys Services. The contractor shall complete background and historic research, archeological field survey, define site limits, determine site condition evaluating for eligibility to the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) for all recorded resources, and prepare a survey results cultural resources report. All work (both survey and reports) must be completed no later than March 31, 2022. All work performed by the contractor shall be performed in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, instructions, and commercial practices in accordance with the Solicitation Provisions, Contract Clauses, Technical Specifications, and Attachments. Period of Performance: 07/01/2021 thru 03/31/2022
