This is a pre-solicitation notice only. The USDA, Agricultural Research Service (ARS), has a requirement for the installation of a 2,000 gallon fuel tank at its Invasive Plants Research Laboratory in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. The requirement will essentially be 'turn key', including removal and disposal of the existing fuel tank, obtaining all necessary permits, etc. Contractor will provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment and transportation necessary to complete the project. The NAICS code for this requirement is 238290 and is being competed to qualified small businesses. Contractors shall not directly contact the laboratory to discuss this requirement. During the solicitation phase, contractors will be provided the opportunity for a site visit and to ask any relevant questions.
